A comunicação com o João foi impecável desde o momento da reserva. Ao chegar estava tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e cheiroso. Apartamento completo e não faltou nada. Ele deixou coisinhas para nós no frigorífico, muito atencioso. Tivemos um probleminha com a água quente a noite, mas logo ficou resolvido.
O colchão de um dos quartos não era muito confortável, o outro estava excelente. Mas isso foi um detalhe, de resto estava tudo muito bom!
