Max Occupancy 10 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.
The inviting living area features comfortable seating and Roku TVs (streaming only), allowing you to log into your favorite apps and enjoy your preferred shows. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide ample space to gather, while three well-appointed bedrooms offer restful comfort. Step outside to your fully fenced backyard, complete with outdoor lighting — perfect for enjoying peaceful desert evenings.
Important Parking Policy
No street parking is permitted at any time.
Please use designated driveway or garage parking only.
Pet Policy
Up to two pets are allowed (additional charges apply).
To add your pet to your stay, please contact our office at 702-345-5100 prior to arrival.
Guests are required to:
Collect all pet waste
Dispose of waste in the outdoor trash receptacle
Use secured pet waste bags
Failure to follow pet policies will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
Extended Stay Cleaning Policy
Reservations of 28 days or more will incur a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee.
