About this apartment rental
Experience Mesquites warm weather, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Relax in this condo with its gorgeous furnishings, 4 flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Wi-Fi internet and all other utilities are included. Fully stocked kitchen, large beds in all rooms, full size washer & dryer, and on site pool, hot tub and fitness center. All linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided but please plan on packing your favorite soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc. Traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig also available for your enjoyment! (Coffee/K Pods not provided)
Max Occupancy 10 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.
Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property and we have furnished ONE medium pet crate for guest use. Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."
Forget Something? Smiths and Walmart are less than 5 miles away for those items you may have forgotten. There's also several other shops in town for necessities, such as: Dollar Tree, Family Dollar or Dollar General.
Marilyn Park, just a short walk down the hill, has a sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, covered picnic area, children's play equipment, and lots of green grass.
Condo is in a great location to explore the back country, hold family reunions, and to enjoy Mesquite's seven championship golf courses, including the #1 rated golf course - Wolf Creek Golf Course - Casinos, spas and great dining await you. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

This apartment was very clean and nicely organized- no clutter. We had everything we needed. The management company even left us a little welcome treat! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, clean, easy to check in. They have everything you need to make it a joy able experience and very spacious. We will definitely book this place again. We come down here often for softball tournaments. I would highly recommend this place.
