Close to everything we wanted. Very centrally located. Met lots of nice people in the complex.

There was no instructions given about where to park an extra car. The only contact was a a property management company that was closed by Friday at 4 for the weekend and we were checking in on Friday at 4.
It has a stale cigarette smell.
The dumpster is close by, it was clean, and there was enough beds to sleep 6. It had cable TV.
We didnt use the amenities so I dont know how they were.

Check in was super easy, beds were comfy, everything as posted on listing; questions were answered promptly and check out was just as easy. Would stay here again.
