On one level, fully equipped, and air-conditioned, it features a living room, a dining room with a fireplace and a large-screen TV, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen.

All bedrooms also feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake or the forest.

-The “Lake View” room features a 160-cm bed, a TV, a small desk, and a private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, toilet) with direct access to the terrace facing the lake.

-The “Lake and Forest” room is furnished with two 90-series bunk beds and a small desk; it offers a view of the lake and direct access to the terrace on the forest side.

Rental rates for the “Chalet Maguide”

- Christmas and New Year’s holidays: December 18 through January 3 (minimum 3 nights) €400 per night

- Easter break: April 9–May 9 (minimum 3 nights) €400 per night

- Winter Break: February 5 through March 7 (minimum 3 nights) €350 per night

- Summer Break: July 1 through August 31 (minimum 7 nights) €500 per night

- The rest of the time in April, May, June, and September: €400 per night (minimum of 3 nights)

- The rest of the time in October, November, December, and January: €350 per night (minimum 3 nights)

Available for weekly rentals only during summer vacation (July–August) €3,500 for 7 nights

Deposit upon booking: 50% via bank transfer

Balance: one month before arrival via bank transfer

On the day of your arrival:

• 1 uncashed security check for 1,500€, refundable (within 10 days) if no damage is found

. Payment for the end-of-stay cleaning service (interior and exterior), which costs €150. However, if you do not wish to purchase this service and prefer to clean the interior and exterior yourself, you will be asked to provide a €150 check as a security deposit, which will be held until the day of your departure.

All areas of the chalet, including the outdoor spaces, are accessible to guests

We live not far from the chalet and are available to answer any questions, and we can also offer additional services, such as picnic delivery, breakfast delivery, organizing a boat trip, arranging for a private chef, or setting up a private acoustic concert….

For your leisure activities, there’s direct access to Maguide Beach with water sports, an aquapark, a ski club, wakeboarding, pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, electric surf foils, a bouncy castle park for kids, mini-golf, massages… a beach restaurant, bar, and snack bar; starting points for long hikes along the lake or through the forest; and the start of the bike path leading all the way to the ocean…. And all of this is less than a five-minute walk away.
