Large house of 160m2 in the peace, in the pines, with 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Located on the Golf de Biscarosse, 5 min. walk from the lake and close to the ocean.
Have a large living room with open kitchen opening onto a large terrace. On the ground floor, you will have access to the 3 bedrooms and to a separate bathroom and WC. On the ground floor, a dormitory can accommodate up to 6 people, a bathroom and separate WC. Table football, ping-pong and beach equipment available. A few minutes from Lake Cazaux you can enjoy all the nautical activities. 30km. from the Dune du Pyla and from Arcachon.

It is a great house, the owner was always ready to answer questions, the house is very well located. As a negative point we miss a little more deep cleaning, considering the price we paid. I imagine it is because of the company subcontracted for maintenance.

Malgré une arrivée un peu dans la désorganisation, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est spacieuse et très bien adaptée à des familles avec enfants. La proximité du lac est un bel avantage ainsi que le calme. Nous sommes prêts à retenter l'expérience !

La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, très bien équipée et située dans un environnement agréable et calme près du lac. Les enfants ont bien apprécié le ping-pong. Ce qui nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour à 10 personnes.

Cette grande maison est située à quelques minutes à pieds du Lac et à quelques minutes en voiture de l’Océan : une localisation idéale. Les pistes cyclables sont aussi accessibles partout pour parcourir la région en deux roues.
Grande surface à l’intérieur de la maison : 3 grandes chambres pour les adultes et une très grande chambre « dortoir » en sous sol pour les enfants qui ont donc leur propre « coin ». Deux salles d’eau dont une très grande.
Espace de vie ouvert très grand et agréable : salon, cuisine (très bien équipée !!) et espace repas communiquant sur une terrasse extérieure organisée comme un petit patio.
Nous avons passé une belle semaine !
