Wooden architect-designed house on wooded plot (in Golf area, 5 min. from lake on foot)

Organized around a centuries-old oak tree and a large terrace, our house offers a peaceful stay in a preserved natural setting (in the heart of the golf course and within an oak grove). Located 300 meters from the lake (via a private path) and 4 kilometers from the ocean, it is particularly suitable for families (games and books are available). Each room opens onto nature, with plenty of natural light (large bay windows). Pets are welcome. We lend bicycles, a kayak, and a paddleboard, and you will have Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The house has two floors: First floor: living and dining areas (large table with extensions for 10), wood-burning stove, kitchen with large bay windows that can be closed off, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, shower room and sink, separate toilet, and office area. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with Blu-ray DVD player, stereo, Bluetooth, TV with Netflix. 1st floor: large dormitory with two separate single beds that can be joined to make one, two children's beds and a cot, shower room with sink. Terrace: summer kitchen with griddle and sink, sheltered from the rain, table for 10 and various amenities. Personalized welcome upon key handover. Guide available to guests with tips and various addresses. I am very attentive to my guests' needs.
