About this chalet rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in La Bresse. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 687 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the main floor (accessed via an external staircase):
- A 23 m² living room with a TV, sofa, dining area and pellet stove.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)
On the ground floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A sauna
- A utility room
- A garage
- A toilet with washbasin
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private and partially enclosed garden of 687 m², facing south-west
- A 33 m² balcony, facing south-west, with mountain views and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Winter sports: downhill skiing at the La Bresse-Hohneck resort (15 minutes' drive away), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, forest walks, etc.
- In summer: mountain biking, hiking, trail running, climbing or via-ferrata, swimming at Lac des Corbeaux, paragliding.
- Visit the Brabant goat farm
- Tasting of local products
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one space) or in the house's private driveway (two or three spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 55 km away
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- The wood-burning stove is in working order: pellets are provided free of charge for the first day. If you wish to use the stove on subsequent days, you can buy pellets from the local supermarket for around €10 per day.
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Charging vehicles during your stay is prohibited (risk of fire due to overheating caused by incorrect connections).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
