The chalet "La charbonnière" in Canadian log type, welcomes you with all its comfort!
Its balcony, its terrace and its fenced garden of 600m2 with swing, garden furniture and BBQ will allow you to enjoy the view and the calm.
It accommodates from 2 to 8 people.

The chalet consists of an entrance, 1 large living room with its fully equipped open kitchen heated by a wood stove and underfloor heating with thermostat.
The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a wardrobe.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom, and the main bathroom.

The chalet is well equipped and made the holiday week very comfortable. It is in the centre of the Vosges area and has therefore great possibilities for covering that area. The garage was very handy for stalling the bicycles.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte, complet, fonctionnel avec une très jolie vue sur La Bresse,le jardin est clôturé, ideal avec nos deux toutous.. Seule la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter du BBQ en terrasse...

Wir haben unseren Kurztrip mit 2 Teenies und unseren 2 Hunden sehr genossen. Super Chalet mit Holzofen Sauna. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf La Bress. Auch der kleine eingezäunten Garten hat uns gut gefallen. Tolle Gegend zum Wandern. Wir kommen wieder.

Das recht neue Blockhaus von Familie Petitdemange liegt wunderbar etwas oberhalb von La Bresse. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen unvergleichlichen Blick über den Ort und die umliegenden Täler und Hügel. Alles im und ums Haus ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand, bemerkenswerte Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten (zB Zanussi-Kochfeld und mehr). Entgegen früheren Bewertungen gibt es auch WLAN. Der eingezäunte Garten macht den Aufenthalt mit Hunden sehr entspannt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr stimmig und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, da passt wirlich alles. Wir hatten 5 wunderschöne Tage und kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind begeistert! Das Haus & Lage sind ein Traum. Die Zimmer bieten zum Schlafen ausreichend Platz. Sie sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail. Zu beachten wäre, dass Stromkosten (0,20€ je KWh) anfallen. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Leider ist das Grundstück „hanglastig“, also keine große, ebene Fläche. Federball, Wikingerschach oder Volleyball oder Ähnliches sind nicht möglich. Sehr gefreut hat uns, dass die Vermieterin uns extra einen Ventilator gegen die Hitze vorbei brachte. Wir saßen abends sehr oft im Garten und haben die Lichter von La Bresse und Umgebung sehr genossen. Wir bedanken uns ausdrücklich bei Fam. Petitdemange für diesen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus, die VermieterIn und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen! Familie Pietermann/Horn

Chalet super bien placé avec superbe vue sur la Bresse . Le chalet et très agrèable , au calme . Petit jardin clôturer donnant sur la terrasse , super pour notre chien . Un grand merci à Mme Devoille pour son accueille . Petit bémol , la clim aurait été la bien venu surtout à l'étage par ses grosses chaleur .

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce chalet. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Mme Devoille. Le chalet est bien équipé, au calme et avec une très belle vue. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Malgré les températures assez basses à cette période, nous n'avons pas eu froid, le chalet est bien chauffé. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir waren zu dritt und mit unserem Hund für eine Woche in diesem tollen Chalet und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich um Kinder und Hund keine Gedanken machen muss. Der Ausblick vom Garten und vom Haus auf die Vogesen ist traumhaft. Das Haus selber ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar kein deutsches Fernsehen, aber dass vermisst man in dieser Umgebung nicht wirklich und außerdem kann man zusätzlich ja das Internet nutzen/ buchen. Wir haben uns die Woche über sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden bei der Hausübergabe sehr nett empfangen und betreut. Alles in allem ein schöner gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zunächst das positive. Aussicht schön - viel Geschirr und Ausstattung. Allerdings das WC mit kleinem Waschbecken als zweites Bad zu bezeichnet halte ich für sehr gewagt. Nutzbar für Kinder aber kein zweites Bad. Was mich aber richtig stört. Für eine Woche habe ich noch Strom zahlen dürfen. Dabei habe ich die Sauna nicht genutzt und im ersten Stock nur einen Heizkörper auf 5 gestellt. Ich möchte nicht wissen was man zahlt wenn die Sauna und die anderen Heizkörper im Winter richtig genutzt werden. In der Beschreibung ist über eine extra Stromabrechnung nichts beschrieben. Das ist nicht in Ordnung. Zusätzlich als kleine Zugab gab es trotz Schüssel keine deutschen Programme. Auch wenn es nicht sehr wichtig ist für abends wäre es schön gewesen etwas fernsehen zu schauen. Insgesamt schöne Aussicht aber mit dem Zusatzstrom zum schon nicht billigen Haus aus meiner Sicht zu viel bezahlt.

Chalet traditionnel hyper equipé (mais pas de wifi), entièrement décoré et composé de bois partout. Très bon contact sur place et grande disponibilité. Idéal pour les familles, hiver comme été. Petit bémol pour les personnes allergiques à la poussiere: le chalet est propre mais sa structure en bois empêche un nettoyage suffisant des surfaces.
