About this chalet rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house in La Bresse to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 687 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
On the main floor (via an external staircase):
- A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, pellet stove.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
On the ground floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A utility room
- A garage
- Toilet with washbasin
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, partially enclosed 687 m² garden, facing south/west
- A 33 m² balcony, south-west facing, with mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Winter sports: downhill skiing at the La Bresse-Hohneck resort (15 minutes' drive away), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, forest walks, etc.
- In summer: mountain biking, hiking, trail running, climbing or via-ferrata, swimming at Lac des Corbeaux, paragliding.
- Visit the Brabant goat farm
- Tasting of local products
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one space) or in the house's private driveway (two or three spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 55 km away
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other remarks :

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The stove is functional: pellets are free for the first day. If you wish to use the stove on subsequent days, you can buy some at the local supermarket for around €10 a day.
