This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo is situated in the highly sought-after Harbourside Resort at Marker 33, alongside the exhilarating Splash Harbour Water Park complex. The condos boast a modern, fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite countertops and beautiful wood flooring throughout the kitchen and living/dining area. The tastefully decorated living area opens up to a large balcony with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, ensuring you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. The unit also includes a convenient stackable washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and 1 assigned parking space. The ensuite master bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, smart TV and Sleeper Sofa in living room.
Located just steps from the pristine white sandy beach of Indian Rocks Beach and directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, Harbourside Resort at Marker 33 offers a prime location for your vacation. The resort shares its grounds with a first-class outdoor water park, restaurant, and bar, all of which are available year-round for your enjoyment. As a guest of the Harbourside Resort, you can also take advantage of the Holiday Inn amenities next door, including miniature golf and a game room. A bike rental place is conveniently located just a block away. The onsite water park, complete with a lazy river, is a blast for both kids and adults alike. As a guest, you'll receive four daily water park passes free of charge, which is a $100/day value. You must go to the gift shop with your water park passes to get scanned and receive your wrist band before entering the park. It is there that you can purchase the additional passes (6 at a 50% discount). You'll fall in love with the Harbourside Resort and the surrounding area. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
