Located in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne, Hummingbird Cottage is perfect for those seeking a stylish seaside getaway.
The marina is just a short stroll away, where you can sip a coffee or grab an ice-cream from one of the waterside cafes while you watch the boats come and go.
This beautifully presented cottage sleeps up to four over two double bedrooms - the master with an ensuite shower room and a fabulous walk in wardrobe.

The ground floor includes a kitchen diner, complete with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
It is well stocked with utensils and equipment - as well as the usual kettle and toaster, there's a Nespresso coffee machine (compatible pods available at the nearby Asda).
To the rear of the property is the tranquil lounge area, with a sumptuous sofa and armchair, smart TV and a range of books and board games to enjoy. French doors open from this room out to your private patio garden - with a bistro table set for morning coffee or lunch when the sun is shining.
This ground floor level also houses a handy WC, plus a utility cupboard complete with useful household gadgets (vacuum, clothes drying rack etc).
The first floor of this charming cottage has two bedrooms - both with double beds and storage chests. The master also boasts a walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room.
This level also has another separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
All bed linen and regular towels are provided - just pack your beach towels. There are lovely soft new carpets throughout, so please do pack your slippers and remember to remove outdoor shoes on entry please.
