Location
Wi fi in the area wasn't very good although we could access it at reception.

Great location on a great holiday park. Stones throw to the beach. Quiet holiday park no disturbance at night. Bus stop outside the gates that takes you straight to EastBourne or Hastings.
Older unit but very clean tidy and well equipped
Good fish and chip shop and pub in Pevensey Bay.
Club house and swimming pool
Perfect for a long weekend away for the family
Would be great if the property had a BBQ- We did buy a small one whilst we were there
Beds are quite Caravan like so not the most comfortable for someone like me who has hip and back problems but they are perfectly good enough.
Water pressure in the shower is lacking

The site was near the ses
The property was a bit tired and there had obviously been smokers staying there as it smelt of cigarette smoke. Also it was very close to the other mobile homes on the site with no view.
