Discover the ultimate modern retreat nestled in the heart of West Gate River Ranch rodeo. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven sprawls across 12 acres of fully fenced paradise with a secluded driveway. Located just outside of River ranch main gate. Engage in endless entertainment with are gaming room, unwind by the fire pit, soar on the exhilarating zip line on the property, and indulge in al fresco dining beneath the covered outdoor dining area. every Saturday is the famous river ranch rodeo.
Just a stone's throw away, you'll find Westgate River Ranch which is famous for its Saturday night rodeo, brand new western water park, petting zoo, saloon and many more.
The property is also 5 minutes away from the front gate to RRPOA RIVER RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION
Guest are welcome to tour our 12-acre property.
We have to very special friends that stay on the property with us Frankie and Franny they are “mini donkeys” they are as friendly as can be. You are more than welcome to feed them we actually leave out food and treats so families can feed them if you like to.
Property is modern but we are still in the outdoors. You never know what kind of wildlife you may see! The property has cameras to monitor the wildlife on the property.
Property is on filtered well water. We do also have a fresh drinking water dispenser.
I don’t suggest drinking the sink water even though it is filtered since it is well water. It tends to have a small and doesn’t taste the best, but it is 100 percent safe to drink if you like.
We do provide drinking water, free Wi-Fi, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, feed for the donkeys, toothbrushes and fresh air.
