Overall our stay was great. However, we experienced some tiny bugs in the kitchen and bathroom countertops. When reported, you responded quickly and that you fumigated and that lasted about 48 hours. We then had to buy bug spray as the bugs returned. Upon emptying the trash for the first time, we discovered a moldy banana peel at the bottom of the trash can. We disposed of the banana peel properly and washed out the trash can. In the Mickey bedroom, the full size mattress foundation appeared broken as when you sat on the bed it sunk in. Therefore, we could not sleep in that bed. Lastly, the sink stopper for the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was fine.

The overall experience was nice. Customer service was 5 stars, very responsive amd they reacted very fast. The townhome was great the only small issue was the ac. Didnt really feel like the temperature that we set was what we felt. But other then that was a lovely experience. Its walking distance to the water park. Would stay again.
