We had originally rented in Winter Haven a home for 17 adults 1/2 a mile from Polk State College. Unfortunately the reservation was cancelled 2 days before the event because it was double booked as the guest staying had extended their days and our days were no longer available. When I called VRVO they were extremely helpful, Eugenia from VRBO resolutions teman was amazing. She quickly said she would help find a different house and gave an allowance credit to find something even if more expensive at no additional cost to us. Together we found this house in what the property claims to be located in Davenport 20-25 minutes away from our event. Although 1/2 a mile was much better, we decided to book it as there was nothing else available at that time. Unfortunately upon our arrival we noticed that the house was located in Kissimmee , 45 minutes from the college. That was crazy!!! So the property is amazing just listed incorrectly. I would have enjoyed more if I would not have been worried about getting to our event on time all weekend. VRVO did compensate for the mistake and did say they will correct this location with the property management company. The house was extremely clean, the bedroom werennicely decorated with different Disney themes; the pool was also clean. Everything was in working condition and the neighborhood was super quiet and seemed very safe.

While the concept of all the themed rooms was really appealing to us for our kids, the wall paper was coming off the walls and I feel like the pictures made us all expect a bit more from the home. There are no oven mitts. The carpet is in need of replacing, the paint was chipped in the dining room, there was a hole in the wall at the top of the stairs and the couches were all uncomfortable and broken. The QR code didn’t work so I needed to ask about garbage day. I may recommend this to others but I’d definitely need to set the expectations unless it was cleaned and updated.
