We had a great experience at this accommodation. The hosts responded quickly to requests and were very attentive, they welcomed us with an impeccable welcome kit! The house is fully equipped and has large rooms. We intend to return in the near future.

Traveling as a family of eight, we really appreciated how spacious the home was — everyone had their own bedroom, and the two king en-suites were perfect for us and the grandparents. The kids loved having their own twin rooms upstairs, and the extra bathrooms made mornings so much easier. The south-facing pool and spa were the highlight of our trip! We spent so many evenings outside enjoying the larger deck and peaceful view. It felt private, safe, and perfect for family downtime after long days at Disney. The house had everything we needed — fully equipped kitchen (the coffee station was a nice touch), laundry room, and plenty of seating both indoors and out. We also found the location ideal: close enough to Disney and Universal, but in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and community amenities. For the price, this home is truly great value for families. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone planning an Orlando vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a surprise and a nice touch! The highlight for us was the large sunny pool deck — it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The community, Crescent Lakes was so quiet and peaceful, which made it feel like a real escape, but we were still just a short drive from all the main attractions.

The villa is very outdated and old fashioned.
Some of the beds had very poor mattresses in them and were uncomfortable.
The villa was clean and had plenty of space but the kitchen is seriously outdated and needs attention
The air conditioning unit outside the master suite was exceptionally noisy and disturbed my sleep most nights
Master bedroom fan was so noisy could not sleep with it on
Front door lock needs attention, it was difficult to open and also to remove the key
