Sleeping six people in three bedrooms this spacious reverse level cottage is perfect for families. Adjacent to a suntrap courtyard set within a peaceful 5 acre location in a picture postcard North Devon village just a short drive from stunning beaches.. Ground Floor:

Number Three offers reverse-level accommodation, featuring three bedrooms on the ground floor, while the spacious kitchen/dining room and living room are thoughtfully laid out on the upper level. The property boasts excellent on-site facilities, including 5 acres of grounds with a play area, hidden fort, and sensory equipment for the little ones. Beyond the woodlands, there’s goal equipment situated on the top grassy area. Additionally, guests can make use of the free all-weather court for some recreational fun.

The cottages are thoughtfully grouped around a central courtyard where barbecues, tables, and bench seats are provided for delightful alfresco entertaining. Inside, the cabin offers a unique ambience with colourful LED lighting and sockets for speakers, making it an ideal choice for a romantic hideaway or an alternative party venue.
