Sunny View is a lovely 2 bedroom chalet, sleeping up to 4 guests in the popular seaside location of Dawlish Warren. Benefitting from a wide variety of on-site facilities as well as on site parking.. 2 steps to entrance.

Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds. . These charming chalets are situated in a quiet and peaceful location on the northern edge of the Welcome Holiday Park, south facing and nestled amongst lawns and gardens. The park has swimming pools, bar, restaurant and entertainment areas, available to guests (for a small fee) from Easter until the end of October each year.



The Chalets each feature an open-plan living room, dining room, kitchen area, a double and a twin bedroom, sleeping up to 4 people, plus there is room for a travel cot. 310 The Cove (ref UKC5025) and 311 Driftwood (ref UKC5026) feature a bathroom with full-sized bath and shower over, while Sunny View (UKC5373) and Beaches (UKC 5374) feature a walk-in shower. Bed linen is provided and all the beds are made up prior to arrival. Bath towels are also included. There is electric heating throughout.



Outside there is a private patio with seating at the front of each property. A 500 metre flat walk from the Welcome Holiday Park is Dawlish Warren’s long, sandy beach, sure to make for a fun day out. Dawlish Warren is ideally located on the south-east coast of Devon, near the estuary of the River Exe. Close to Exeter, Torbay and Dartmoor and within easy travelling distance of a wealth of adventure parks, animal reserves, walking and cycling tracks, woods, castles, gardens and beaches. Nearest Station - Dawlish Warren 300m Nearest Airports - Exeter 14 miles, 22km Bristol 75 miles, 120km.
