Meadow View is a ground floor cottage on the outskirts of Eryrys near Llanarmon-Yn-Ial, Denbighshire just four and a half miles from Mold and 12 miles from Llangollen. The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms , each with a TV, and a wet room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Situated near Llangollen, Meadow View is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), washing machine, dishwasher. 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, CD/DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi (not suitable for streaming). Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and fireguard available. Off-road parking for 2 cars on shared driveway.
