With 3,175 square feet of gorgeous living space and a prime location sitting on a half-acre in the North Scottsdale/Kierland area, this lovely home is the perfect getaway for your group's next fun-filled vacation. Close to everything, this home is the ideal place for guests who want nearby access to restaurants and shopping, the Kierland Commons Mall, and even the Scottsdale Airport.
Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space dressed in hardwood floors, a stacked stone fireplace, and lots of attractive decor. When you're not out on a fun hot-weather hike, kick back in the living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the home's mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal.
The kids will love playing in the enclosed yard and splashing around in the expansive private pool while you catch up will old friends from the comfort of the patio furniture. When evening falls, enjoy a good soak in the hot tub then gather everyone around the firepit for a night of toasted 'Smores and good conversation. Afterward, wrap everything up in one of the home's four well-appointed bedrooms. (All of the king beds are made up of two twin beds together.) Have a little work to do while you're here? A wonderful huge house! Nicely laid out with bathrooms close to or in every room. Close to everything. We loved the hot tub. So nice at night under the string lights. Too cold to use the pool. Space for everyone. Great backyard. Nicely stocked kitchen for the BBQ dinner and pancake breakfasts we had.
Note: all beds are twins (twins pushed together).

This house was lovely, clean, and well equipped. The pool and hot tub could have been cleaner but we enjoyed them immensely anyway. Great house!

The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient to everything we did during our stay.
However, the house does need some updating. The appliances are in poor condition. The range oven was in poor operating condition, the dishwasher did not get everything clean. The dryer took multiple cycles to dry cloths. The other issue was the condition of the bathrooms. They are in need of some new sinks, toilets and update grouting.

We loved this home. We were there for my sons wedding. The house was perfect for a place to hang out at the pool during down time. Close to grocery and restaurants. Plenty of room. Great that each room has a bathroom. We loved the hot tub! Perfect stay!!
