THINGS TO NOTE:
*House is monitored with exterior property cameras for security purposes. Two above the garage, one monitoring the front door and one along the side of the home. There are no cameras inside of the home or in the backyard.
*Pool heating is available for $60 per night for a minimum of 3 nights during your stay. This request must be made no later than 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note that the maximum the pool can be heated is 86 degrees and MAY NOT BE an option during winter months. If we cannot achieve the temp range of 75-85, we will refund your pool fee. No additional refunds will be given for pool heating issues.
*We do not allow parties or large events.
*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are strictly enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect our neighbors and avoid a noise ordinance fine. Two non-recording noise monitors on are onsite to measure noise levels and will notify management significant and sustained noise.
*No Smoking allowed inside home. We have smoke detection monitors in the home to alert hosts of smoking.
*All house rules expected to be followed. Failing to do so will result in additional fines
*NOTE: There may be occasions when pool or gardening professionals are onsite. We will do our best to communicate their arrival prior, but cannot always pin-point timing.
*We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and coffee pods) for guests to enjoy during their stay.

• All reservations will go through a verification process

The home is warm & inviting! Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. House was very clean on arrival. We were met with snacks from the host & a note welcoming us.The heated pool along with the hot tub were well maintained. Questions we had we answered promptly. Highly recommended this property.

All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and updated appliances. It was nice that owner or previous guests left plenty of staples like oil, spices, handiwrap, etc. Pool was great and no need to heat it. Close to grocery store.

Beautifully designed house. The interior is exquisite and very tasteful. Kitchen fully stocked and most importantly everything on the property worked flawlessly. Easy checkin and great communication
