Other things to note
No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated and neighbors must be respected at all times. It's ok for you to have fun and enjoy your but we do expect that you treat the home as your own and be courteous to those that live around the property.
No smoking in home! Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 fine for smoke removal.
Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Breed restrictions apply and there is a pet fee on any approved pets.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow for time to heat.
Please note that the 3rd bathroom is a full bathroom outside by the swimming pool. It includes a shower.
No local bookings without at least 3 Five Star Reviews or prior consent from host. No unauthorized guests at the property without prior approval.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. It took a bit of time to get answers from the host and we couldn't use the pool but overall we had a good time. Would still recommend the place.Just be careful as the lights are wired quite oddly in the living room.

This is an absolute wonderful home. My friends and I enjoyed our time here as the house was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The host was very communicative and nice. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I come back to town.

We had a great stay! The host was great at communication, very comfy mattresses, very quiet neighborhood and all around great space for 3 families to be together and yet spread out as needed.

Location is terrific. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bath basics were provided. Towels were good quality but very few face cloths. Appliances good quality. The house was clean but pans and glassware were not all clean. There were no sauce pans. Would have been helpful to have some instructions for things like ceiling fans, outside kitchen, shower). Only one hair dryer provided. Could use more glassware particularly if house will be full. Overall we enjoyed our time at the home but it could use some attention to linens and cook ware.
