We had a minor issue with the pool heater but management took care of it quickly and refunded our money immediately. Everything else was perfect.

Overall experience was good. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels. Very spacious for 2 families. Property appeared to be clean but Floors were filthy, everyone had dirty socks and feet from walking around. We had asked for the pool to be heated first day when we arrived it was cold. Property management had it fixed and pool was heated the following day. One thing I was disappointed with is this property is NOT where it notes on the map when you book it. It says it’s a 7 minute walk to Kierland Commons, and it shows it is right off Greenway Parkway, not true!! It is off of Thunderbird Road. The reason we booked this house was that it was “walkable.” It was not.
