General:
We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!

Smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes of any kind is PROHIBITED in the property.

Absolutely NO pets allowed.

You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay.
If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.

Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.
No grease in the sink!

No Parties:
This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests.

Please keep the game room clean and dispose of trash properly. No food or drinks are allowed to avoid spills, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Be mindful of noise levels and use the equipment carefully, reporting any damage immediately.
All equipment should be returned to its original location before checkout.

Pool Table:
Do not sit or stand on the pool table
If you damage the felt on the table, you will be liable to pay a $350 fee to replace the felt
Be careful while handling pool sticks and avoid marking the ceiling or walls.

Trash (What to do with trash bags that are full):
Place all trash in the trash can bins located in the kitchen.

Furniture:
Please do not move furniture.

Garage door and all doors:
Please make sure to lock the garage door, front and back doors when you check-out. Front door automatically locks when you shut it. No need to press any buttons.

Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They do not clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible.
