About this house rental
Our home sleeps 19 people 2 people per bed. Great home for families. We have 3 private bedrooms(one being a sleeper sofa), one bedroom with two full size beds, one bedroom that share two full size bunk beds, 1 twin trundle.
Located in Plum Creek subdivision, nestled between San Marcos and Austin Tx. 25mins north will get you to the entertainment night life. 25mins south you have rivers and a water park. Our is spacious and cozy for a quick family vacation or reunion. This home is also located near tons of wedding venues in the Hill Country, which makes this house a great spot to reconnect or gathering. And finally this home is located near tons of wineries and brewing companies, which makes this spot also great for a girls weekend or guys getaway.
Our home has all that you need. We provide all linens and towels.
Please note this is a 2 night minimum stay.
Home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, so we do ask that you keep the noise level down after 7pm. And no huge parties.
Wifi is provided for your streaming apps. Make sure to log off when you check out.

great for our family for a wedding

This property was ideal for our family visiting town for my niece’s graduation. Every room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary tools to prepare breakfast, and while we dined out for dinner, there were plenty of pots and pans available to cook in if needed. The accommodations included plenty of clean towels, extra covers and pillows in each bedroom. Parking is located at the back of the house, with space for four cars and possibly a fifth. The backyard is securely gated and features a charming white fence. The master bedroom and a convenient half bathroom were located downstairs, while all other bedrooms and a full bathroom were upstairs. We look forward to staying here again. Well we ask to check in at 2pm and was told yes. Upon arrival the house had not been cleaned. Spoke to the manager and she got them to come take care of it. But you could tell it was a rush job. The house could use some updates and a try deep cleaning. Other than that the house was great!! We would definitely book through Vrbo again.

The house overall is good and location is convenient. The kitchen needs work badly. We may have caught them in the middle of a remodel, not sure. The microwave above the range has been removed and it’s sitting in the counter. The hole where the microwave was is open and filthy. The sink leaked while we were there and it’s obviously not the first time based upon the water damage visible on the cabinets surrounding the sink. There are some drawers that were broken and have been poorly repaired. Overall the property is good but the poor condition of the kitchen really detracts from the time there. The property rents for a premium and the condition of the kitchen doesn’t support the rental rate.
