About this house rental

Our home sleeps 19 people 2 people per bed. Great home for families. We have 3 private bedrooms(one being a sleeper sofa), one bedroom with two full size beds, one bedroom that share two full size bunk beds, 1 twin trundle.
Located in Plum Creek subdivision, nestled between San Marcos and Austin Tx. 25mins north will get you to the entertainment night life. 25mins south you have rivers and a water park. Our is spacious and cozy for a quick family vacation or reunion. This home is also located near tons of wedding venues in the Hill Country, which makes this house a great spot to reconnect or gathering. And finally this home is located near tons of wineries and brewing companies, which makes this spot also great for a girls weekend or guys getaway.
Our home has all that you need. We provide all linens and towels.
Please note this is a 2 night minimum stay.
Home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, so we do ask that you keep the noise level down after 7pm. And no huge parties.
Wifi is provided for your streaming apps. Make sure to log off when you check out.

This property was ideal for our family visiting town for my niece’s graduation. Every room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary tools to prepare breakfast, and while we dined out for dinner, there were plenty of pots and pans available to cook in if needed. The accommodations included plenty of clean towels, extra covers and pillows in each bedroom. Parking is located at the back of the house, with space for four cars and possibly a fifth. The backyard is securely gated and features a charming white fence. The master bedroom and a convenient half bathroom were located downstairs, while all other bedrooms and a full bathroom were upstairs. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Jennifer (host), for fast response to all my questions and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Well we ask to check in at 2pm and was told yes. Upon arrival the house had not been cleaned. Spoke to the manager and she got them to come take care of it. But you could tell it was a rush job. The house could use some updates and a try deep cleaning. Other than that the house was great!! We would definitely book through Vrbo again.

We stayed at this home with 6 adults and 7 young kids for a family wedding, and it had the perfect amount of space for us. It was a little bit of a drive to get into the city of Austin, but we were close to the wedding venue in Buda. We did see some bugs in the upstairs bathtub and one of the tub faucets didn’t work, but overall this property worked very well for us!

The house overall is good and location is convenient. The kitchen needs work badly. We may have caught them in the middle of a remodel, not sure. The microwave above the range has been removed and it’s sitting in the counter. The hole where the microwave was is open and filthy. The sink leaked while we were there and it’s obviously not the first time based upon the water damage visible on the cabinets surrounding the sink. There are some drawers that were broken and have been poorly repaired. Overall the property is good but the poor condition of the kitchen really detracts from the time there. The property rents for a premium and the condition of the kitchen doesn’t support the rental rate.

First time in many years to have the kids all together. Decided on this location because it was closest to our sons house. He just recently was told cancer was gone so we met closest to him to celebrate and have thanksgiving dinner. The neighbor hood was great and so was the house! Thank you for letting us stay!

We enjoyed being close to San Marcos and New Braunfels for our float trip. The Town of Kyle has some really fun places to eat and the home was great.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious and well stocked with everything needed for a getaway. There was enough bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and all the things necessary for one to feel at home. The check in process was a breeze and the manager was always quick to respond. There is one thing that was misleading on the property listing and I have suggested to the manager that it be removed. There is no pool. Even though it is listed renters DO NOT have access to the pool …. only residents. I would recommend this property on a whole because of the location and compared to other places it clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again if I know for sure that a few things around the house that need fixing is done. There are some holes in a couple walls, a broken kitchen cabinet drawer, a broken microwave oven (this was out biggest disappointment) and the bathrooms need to be deep cleaned plus a few other general upkeep. This is a great place to consider….it just needs a little more attention to detail.

We booked this property for my son’s wedding and it was perfect. As former Austin residents, we chose to stay in the Kyle/Buda area to avoid most of the Austin traffic and have an easier commute to the hill country venue. The floor plan is set up to accommodate large groups easily and we were all very pleased with our stay. It is so nice to come back to visit and have accommodations that make you feel at home. Whether you are in town for vacation or events or just want a nice place to relax, this is the place. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping to make our son’s wedding such a great experience.

Our family had a lovely Christmas for the second year. Everyone could come and go easily and there were plenty of comfortable beds for those who wanted to stay. We were advised the dishwasher wouldn’t work and wouldn’t be replaced so we brought more paper goods. The neighbor is darling and very decorated for Christmas. The living room is big enough to have the whole family watch movies and eat . Thank you for another wonderful trip!! 👏👏❤️👍🏼

This quaint neighborhood filled with Christmas lights was a great choice for our family Christmas. It is close to Austin and is easy to get to, which we needed . It was clean , well equipped and comfortable for our family of 16. It had easy access, which was necessary , as we had family coming and going. Jennifer was awesome at addressing any questions and fixed items ,like lights burning out, immediately. She also let us know the dishwasher broke with the last people and couldn’t get fixed until after Christmas. This was great so we brought paper goods . This property allowed my folks ,who are facing end of life issues , to have one more amazing Christmas!! Thank you so much!

Really great house with everything you need and a lot we didn’t expect. The host had a Keurig and we brought coffee. But not pods. They were nice enough to have the pods along with creamer and sweetener. The only thing the kitchen did not have was a microwave, but literally anything else you needed was there. Really close to downtown Kyle, the wedding venue we were using, tons of retail, restaurants and grocery stores, and to Plum Creek Golf

We went for the fourth of july and for our friends birthday that weekend. The house is more beautiful in person than it is in pictures! The keurig in the kitchen was a plus for me. Great location but you have very close neighbors so keep that in mind. Only con here was the ice maker stopped making ice (this may have been a user error) and the key box on the front door was difficult to close once we were ready to check out. I had no issues communicating with Jennifer. A very beautiful home.
