About this house rental
Escape to sunny Sedona and make the most of your vacation at this ground-floor home! This delightful escapade has been completely renovated inside and out to provide nothing but comfort and a luxurious experience. The living room will be the first space you encounter. Bright and spacious, it's perfect for family gatherings, featuring two leather sofas, an indoor chaise lounge, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services like Netflix and HBO. Right off the living room is a secluded office/study with an L-shaped glass desk, a computer, and a futon—ideal for quietly catching up on work or replying to emails.
Stock up on groceries and goodies and delight the group with delicious, cost-saving meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find plenty of counter space, a double oven, and a breakfast bar. Choose to dine indoors in the sunny dining room with a gorgeous six-person table and garden views, or enjoy meals al fresco on the partially covered patio.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, providing much-appreciated privacy. The main bedroom has direct access to the patio, a small armchair, a spacious closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a tub. The third bedroom, which is the den, is on the side of the house with the kitchen and is designed to celebrate natural light, featuring a wall of expansive windows that create a bright, calming retreat. To maintain the open, modern aesthetic, this room does not include window coverings, offering a beautiful sun-filled start to your day.
This home backs onto a nature preserve and dry creek, perfect for animal and bird watching! At the same time, it's just one mile from the heart of the Village of Oak Creek, where you'll find restaurants, convenience stores, Canyon Mesa Country Club, and more. You'll also be near most of Sedona's hiking trails, town, and main attractions, with Downtown Sedona only eight miles north.
The backyard is ideal for enjoying the Arizona sunshine, with a fire pit and two dining areas for your outdoor meals. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for use.

We spent 4 nights at the Bell Rock Paradise and were very pleased with our stay. First, Sedona is a fantastic site for hiking and outdoing. The house was absolutely perfect. Well located, well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Love the location - great home base for exploring Sedona. BUT, the house is in need of maintenance and updating. The heat and AC was not working, and when we plugged in the space heaters, it overwhelmed the circuits so the electricity went out. No one called us until 4pm the next day for even attempting repair -- The backyard is super cute, but there is only 1 of the 3 doors that opens to get onto the back yard. On the positive side, it is a decent space for 2 couples - no more than that - the 3rd space would be okay for children, but there is no privacy.
The stars at night are gorgeous and the location is fabulous - but it needs some TLC.
