Just like at a hotel, where you provide your ID and security deposit at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simple—only online! We use a secure system where you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional damage waiver. Once completed, your arrival instructions will be sent right to you.

The home offers two private, comfortable sleeping spaces designed for rest and privacy.
• Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Queen bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, tower fan, and in-closet washer/dryer for easy extended stays. This bedroom uses the nearby full bathroom with tiled shower.
• Bedroom 2 (Third Floor): Queen bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for a quiet retreat above it all.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are 2.5 bathrooms total, including one ensuite, one full hall bath, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Each bathroom is fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all essential towels and toiletries.

☆☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆☆
The main floor features an open living and dining area ideal for unwinding or gathering. The kitchen is outfitted with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a Keurig with K-cups provided. Cozy seating and smart TVs make it easy to relax after a day downtown.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind-down on the front porch overlooking Neil Avenue, soaking in the energy of this historic, walkable neighborhood. Parking includes one off-street space on the right side of the driveway. We can also register one vehicle for complimentary street parking — just send us the license plate number in advance so we can set that up for you.

• Unapproved late check out: $50/hr
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a stay with us.

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 pets per stay, with a $120 fee per pet. Just a heads up, the price shown in the breakdown is for 1 pet, so if you’re bringing 2, let us know and we’ll update it for you! 😊 Also, we don’t allow cats, sorry! Please message us ahead of time if you plan to bring your pets. Thanks!
