Enjoy a Harrison West home with 100 year old charm! Close to Ohio Stadium and campus, you are able to get anywhere in Central Columbus quick!
Located near the Olentangy Bike trail and is walking, biking or a short Uber to several locations:
Ohio Stadium: 1.6 miles
Short North: 0.7 miles
Downtown Columbus: 2 miles
Arena District: 1.3 miles
Grandview: 1.5 miles
The house features updated kitchen and bathrooms, a wine fridge, soft close cabinets and a fully stocked kitchen.
The space
This 100 year old Harrison West home has been fully renovated while still having the charm of the original home. There is exposed brick in almost every room, yet the updates of modern day living.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, a beveled subway tile backsplash, soft close doors and drawers, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need! We also do have crockpot for those game day dips!
The living room features a marble fireplace hearth, and a bar area with a wine fridge. There is a Smart TV for your use, and Youtube TV is available. Or you are welcome to sign into any of your apps. Just don't forget to sign out before you leave!
The dining room features a table that seats 8. There is also a secretaries desk in the dining room in case you need to get some work completed during your stay. Right next to the dining room, there are 2 barstools on the kitchen peninsula for more seating and interacting with friends in the kitchen.
The bathrooms are updated with subway tile shower walls, and quartz and marble vanity sinks. Both bathrooms also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ready to use.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the primary bedroom features a king bed. Both bedrooms have closet storage, and the primary bedroom also has dresser storage. Don't worry if you forget your charger; the nightstands in both bedrooms have multiple outlets; which will also charge your phone. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom; which is great for evening relaxing.
There is a lot of outdoor area at this house! There is a large front porch; which is great for hanging out. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom. The backyard is completely fenced in and features a dining table (seats 4), a paver patio, a firepit area (we provide the gas) surrounded by chairs, and patio lights for wonderful ambiance. There is also parking right behind the house for 2 cars. You can also park on the street in front of the house if more parking is needed.

Wonderful property for visiting for veterinary appointments at OSU. Extremely convenient location and easy drive to OSU Vet school. Home is clean and comfortable, the fenced outdoor space and off-street parking were perfect for easily traveling with our dog. Nice neighborhood with walkable restaurants, shops, and parks. Clear and timely communication from the host. Would stay again without hesitation, whether traveling with or without our pup.

My 5th home rental as a traveler over the past 5 years and by far the best. I enjoyed the clean look of every room...not cluttered with useless stuff. Nice job in bringing back to life an older home in Harrison West. Master bathroom was perfect. Nice private space in the backyard for the dog and thank you for the dog biscuits in the welcome box...it put a smile on my face as a pet owner. I was out and about a lot but the front porch and the balcony off the master bedroom looked inviting. For me, being two blocks from the Olentangy River Trail was perfect, and a short walk up West 2nd avenue to High Street meant no need for a car. Also, appreciate the off street parking which is a must with all the rules and restrictions. The neighborhoods from the Olentangy River and over to 4th Avenue just seem better and better each year I travel to Columbus. Thank You and Congrats on a super clean and comfortable home.

The house is delightful! Clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. The deck and fenced yard were much appreciated by the humans and our dog. Weather was perfect for enjoying this outside space. There is a small park close by which made for a pleasant walk. Many conveniences a short drive away. Very close to OSU veterinary hospital which was perfect for us.

The location was in a lovely older neighborhood. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The interior was clean, the beds were comfortable. Overall a great place that served our needs.
