Great place to stay, so close to downtown Nashville but far enough away to get away from all the noise. The room was very spacious and super clean. The code to get in was a bit of a pain to get a code that worked. But the host was really good at getting the problem fixed promptly. Walking distance from shops, food, and entertainment. I would absolutely come back here.

Before my stay, I found out that there was an issue between the amount I paid through Expedia and how much the company was actually charging (they sent me an email saying I had a pending amount of $84 to pay, even though I had pay my stay in full through Expedia). Instead of them going to Expedia to solve the problem, they wanted me to contact Expedia even though I had no problem at all with it, and by the day I checked in they just charged that amount on my credit card anyways without my consent.
There was no parking spots available on site and I just found out when I booked the apartment, that was really frustrating.

RoomWas just right size. Placement was a comfortable walk to the main drag as well as to Nissan stadium. Advice: up date outlets for cell phone charging. Have a book with listings of restaurants for morning coffee or a light snack. The TV situation was a hiccup but we were not there for that! Then the emailTo help me get in did not come automatically. I hadTo ask for it! But… other then that will be bank and would stay again! Thank you Candi Thompson

It wasn’t a bad place to stay, but the pull-down shades didn’t fully cover the windows so the light came in a great deal. The facility had been worn more than the photos. Furniture was a bit beat up and parts of the ceiling/wall appeared to be peeling. The first night we noticed a few ants here & there and we didn’t bring in any food to the unit. Over the next several days, more and more ants appeared. I reported it to our host and she said she will look into the issue. Also, some step-by-step instructions on the washer/dryer combo would have been very helpful. It seemed to have a mind of its own, washed our one load about 4x and took 5 hours to dry our load. The last night we pulled them from the dryer and hung them so they could finish drying. It was nice to have detergent pods though. A/c worked well, and the bedding was initially good too. After being in the bed for awhile, my husband and I would wake up very hot. The sheets/duvet wasn’t breathable. It was overall clean. 2 bottled waters and a snack upon arrival was nice. Refrigerator and freezer were cold. Kitchen was stocked w/ the basics like pots, pans, knives, trash bags, glasses and dishes. We didn’t use any but they all looked to be in good shape. It was nice to be right off Broadway where there was less street noise, etc. and nice that just about everything was in walking distance. Overall ok place to stay w/ very responsive and friendly host.
