The BALU vacation home is a detached, 115 m² non-smoking vacation home in Hohenkirchen-Wangerland. With 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, it offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people (maximum 6 adults). The location is ideal thanks to its short distances: the lake is just 100 m away, the beach is 200 m away, and restaurants and shopping are each 150 m away. The ocean is 1,500 m away. A car is not necessary, and for your arrival, there are 2 free parking spaces as well as a private parking spot and a carport available.
**FREE BED LINEN & TOWELS, NO ADDITIONAL UTILITY COSTS**
The living area features tiled floors, a cozy sofa corner with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV (satellite connection), as well as Wi-Fi and a radio. The dining area with a dining table is open to the living room and is complemented by a kitchen that opens onto the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Basic supplies are provided, as are bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels.
The BALU vacation home is particularly convenient for families: Children are welcome; there is 1 crib, 1 high chair, a stair gate, outlet covers, and children’s toys and games. In addition, a playroom and a playground are available; the property is fenced and enclosed (child-safe). The garden, complete with patio furniture and a sunroom, invites you to relax; you can grill on the charcoal grill. After a sauna session, you can unwind on the large loggia with a lake view. Fly screens and privacy screens on all windows enhance your comfort.
Two bathrooms are available, including walk-in showers (2 in total) and a bathtub. A hair dryer, mirror, sink, and toilet are provided.
