Just a stone’s throw from the water—you’ll never want this vacation to end!
The spacious wooden house, Haus Sina, is located right on the beach of the idyllic Wangermeer and captivates guests with its stunning location and stylish furnishings., Whether it’s a family vacation or a getaway with friends—every wish is fulfilled here!
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy TV nook. The large picture window offers a wonderful view of the water. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed and TV. A convenient side entrance leads through the laundry room (with washer and dryer) directly into the house—perfect after days at the beach or outdoor activities.
On the upper floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms (two with double beds and TVs, one with a double bed and a single bed), a guest restroom, and a modern main bathroom with a double sink, a large glass shower, and a toilet. From the open gallery, you can enjoy the view of the living area. Electric exterior shutters and underfloor heating provide additional comfort.
The outdoor area is a real highlight: Several seating areas, lounge chairs, and a small swing chair invite you to relax—with a direct view of Lake Wangermeer. You’re just a few steps away from the beach! For active guests, kayaks, bicycles, and children’s bikes are available—there’s something for every age group. The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:
- Crib/travel crib: 0.00 € one-time fee
- High chair: 0.00 € one-time fee
