Completely renovated in 2022, the house is centrally located on the Osterdeich and offers plenty of space and a clear layout across approximately 120 square meters of living area for a relaxing vacation for up to five people. Bright rooms, a serene design, and the sweeping view across the fields and the natural landscape of Nordstrand set the tone for your stay the moment you arrive.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area, which is flooded with light thanks to large windows. Warm tones, soft wood accents, and classic wooden interior shutters lend the room a calm, inviting atmosphere. The living area is equipped with a smart TV and offers plenty of space for spending time together.
Elegant double doors connect the living area to the bright, modern kitchen. Depending on your preference, this area can be used as an open space or separated. The kitchen has a clean, uncluttered design and leaves little to be desired. A dishwasher, a coffee maker, and freezer space are included, providing the perfect setting for shared meals in the private dining area. A washing machine is also available in the house.
From the kitchen area, you have direct access to the furnished sun terrace. It is furnished with a dining set and features its own beach chair, inviting you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors.
There are also two bedrooms on the first floor. One is furnished with a 160-centimeter French bed, while the second has a pull-out sofa bed. A bright and tranquil shower room rounds out the living space on this level.
Upstairs, you’ll find another spacious bedroom with a 180-centimeter double bed and a small cozy nook, ideal for quiet moments to yourself.
The house includes a private parking space and a lockable shed where bicycles can be stored safely.
Bedding and towels can be booked as an optional extra.
