Welcome to Haus Sonnendeich in Nordstrand. Nestled between vast fields and the Alter Koog, this historic house sits on a secluded natural lot with mature trees and a peaceful atmosphere.
Built in 1890, this detached house was last renovated in 2026 and combines original features with a modern country house style. High wooden ceilings with exposed beams, warm, inviting colors, and artistically designed details featuring historical drawings characterize the open-concept spaces. The spacious living area with a tiled stove creates a peaceful hub for socializing with family, friends, small travel groups, or study groups.
The accommodation features three bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide bed and a view of the Alten Koog Nordstrand. A sleeper sofa is also available there. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms: one with two double beds and another with three single beds, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed. Two shower rooms with windows complete the house. The bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower. A washing machine is also located on the first floor.
The open-concept kitchen, with its chrome finish, is spacious and equipped with professional-grade commercial kitchen appliances. It was designed by a passionate, trained chef for communal cooking and cooking classes. The equipment includes a 5-burner gas stove, an XXL electric oven, a steam cooker, a KitchenAid mixer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and freezer space. The large dining area combines cooking and socializing in an open atmosphere.
The approximately 1,000-square-meter natural property offers sun all day long and sweeping views across the Nordstrand marshes.
