Welcome to your home away from home in Summerville, South Carolina! This brand new 3-bedroom townhome, located in a quiet, newly built community, offers a clean, modern, and comfortable stay - perfect for families, friends, or traveling for work.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and open-concept living space with stylish finishes, luxurious furnishings, and thoughtful amenities, such as the Nespresso coffee maker. This is the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the Lowcountry!
Guests will enjoy full access to the home aside from a small owner`s closet in the upstairs hallway, kept locked.
Please note, there is no access to the owner`s mailbox; packages can only be UPS or Fedex delivered to the doorstep.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine per night will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For approved pets, a pet fee of $220 per pet, per reservation will apply.
For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.
We want every guest to have a relaxing, worry-free stay, so we don’t have strict rules about trash or dishes—just a kind request to keep things reasonably tidy. Used linens can be left as they are in the bedrooms or bathrooms, and our cleaning team will take care of them after your stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
