I have been traveling to homes with my family since 2012. This was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had. Everything was well put together. There was space and linens and a well stocked kitchen. This location can’t be beat for nearby shopping and there was easy access to the highways to get to other attractions. It’s an older property, but the appliances were all updated. We might have needed instructions for the induction stove, but we looked it up on Google. There were lots of plugs for charging devices. We had five people in the house and the water heater kept up with us even as the weather turned cold. The thermostat was updated at the HVAC kept up with what we needed. I could absolutely recommend others to book this property.

Our stay in North Charleston was good overall! The house was well-stocked and mostly very clean.The home could use a few cosmetic updates but that did not hinder our stay. The rental property was about 30 minuntes from all activities that we did so that was great. The back yard was lovely with the porch swings and the fenced in yard was wonderful for the dog. We weren’t aware that the pool and lawn crews would be stopping by during the week, and the water was shut off for most of one day, which caught us off guard. However, Jessica was great about getting the issue handled quickly and even had bottled water delivered, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a nice stay — just a few small maintenance items and better communication about scheduled visits would make it even better!

We stayed the weekend while we moved our daughter into CSU. The house was only 5 mins away from her so it made it very convenient for the whole weekend. Even though it rained most of the weekend, we did get to use the pool a couple times which was very nice. The house was very cozy and relaxing for us and we would definitely like to book again.
