This home is a little older, but fit our needs perfectly. It was missing a few kitchen items I would expect (can opener, blender), but we made it work. Beds were comfortable and the house was near to a grocery store, restaurants, and a generally good home base to what we wanted to do in Charleston.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. House is dated with some wear and tear but clean and comfortable.

We were there for my son’s graduation from navy power school.Lots of space. Adequately equipped. Owners respond promptly. Very clean. Access to laundry was extremely helpful! Everything (tourist wise) seems to be 30 minutes away- beaches are a little further. Necessities like groceries are closer. Floors are spongey in places. Windows/walls aren’t well insulated so you can hear EVERYTHING! Neighbors talking, loud cars, etc. For longer stays, (we were there 5 nights), you may need extra towels/paper goods. Overall a nice place to stay.
