This place was beautiful and amazing! The amount of space and yard was perfect. With 11 people we never felt on top of each other! The layout was perfect! We loved the open floor plan. Jeremy was so attentive and responsive for all our questions!

This house was perfect for our group. Two bedrooms with private bath. Two bedrooms with common bath. House had top of the line appliances and plumbing fixtures and was well stocked. Beautiful interior. Huge combination kitchen/dining/great room. Huge back deck with top-of-the-line gas grill. Huge back yard which our 3-year-old grandson loved. Nice fire pit. Would rent this again.

We loved the house! It is updated and very clean and comfortable. It is roughly 25 minutes to downtown Charleston, which wasn’t a problem for us because we had a car. A little farther to a beach. It was a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Our group of nine friends stayed at Summervilla for a long weekend while attending The Black Food Truck Festival and exploring Charleston’s rich history, culture, and food scene—and it was the perfect home base for our trip!The house was exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a group. We loved the open living spaces where we could gather, relax, and share meals, and the multiple bedrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space when needed. The outdoor area was a great bonus for winding down after our busy days.The location in Ladson was convenient—not far from the festival and an easy drive into downtown Charleston. Quiet neighborhood too, which made for restful nights.Overall, Summervilla helped make our trip smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Would definitely recommend it to other groups visiting the Charleston area!
