- Living & Dining: A spacious living room for 8, a formal dining area, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a center island seating 4, and high-end Russ sound entertainment systems.
- Modern Kitchen & Essentials: Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, and board games like Sequence, Dominoes, and playing cards.
- Bedding Layout: Four luxurious bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout includes a primary Master Bedroom with 1 plush King bed, two guest bedrooms with 1 King bed each, and a fourth bedroom featuring 2 Queen beds.

Positioned perfectly along the corridor, the villa offers both private seclusion and quick accessibility. You are located just 15 minutes away from supermarkets, boutique shopping, premier dining, and the vibrant nightlife of downtown Cabo. Guests can dive into local beach adventures like snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding. For added convenience, free parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles, and a private golf cart can be provided upon request to explore the community (additional fees may apply).

- Booking, Policies, & Taxes: To maintain the peaceful environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older as the primary signing renter, with maximum occupancy strictly set to 10 guests.
- Palmaritos 6 enforces a strict no-smoking policy (indoors and outdoors); violations incur a mandatory $500 USD penalty.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Please note that all luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and 20% tax.
