Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Overall good. Only complaint you could not get in surf due to black flag. Was told it is always black flag there and that should have been disclosed. Teens were very disappointed

House was laid out perfect for our group of 6, with 2 great bedrooms on the main level. Property could use some updating on some furnishings and amenities.

This villa was fantastic. Great location, close enough to town and many golf courses. We had 4 couples each room having its own bathroom gave everyone there own space. The pool and outside area was awesome. Amber at ESSV was also fabulous to deal with. Very response to any questions we had and happy to organise anything we needed. Everyone had such a wonderful time here it was hard to leave. Couple of good snorkelling beaches not too far away. Would very happily to stay here again and recommend ESSV - the whole experience was pleasurable.
