By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Villa staff can provide cooking services for $7/person (breakfast), $10/person (lunch) and $15 (dinner) plus cost of food. Can be arranged directly with villa staff during travel; cash only accepted. Gratuity additional and recommended
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

What a great time and great home for my family's Spring Break. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable and well taken care of. Hector and Maddie did a phenomenal job and the food was delicious and the home was so well kept. I would definitely recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was top notch! Property was perfect for our family of 14! Lots of new memories made and loved all being in the same villa together! We can’t say enough about Hector and Mattie who were both a dream to work with! Pretty much…”your wish is our command!” We are looking forward to staying here again!

We celebrated my wife's birthday here with all of our adult kids and their significant others as well as some other great friends. It was fantastic! The house manager was amazing and the house was stocked with all of the amenities you would want at your home. The décor was also very nice. The pool was our favorite spot and we loved the whole house music system so we could hear music even out by the pool. The view is breathtaking when you walk in and see the pool and the ocean and its a short walk to the Sheraton which is on the beach. I would definitely suggest this property to big groups. There were 12 of us.
