A comfortable bed with soft linens provides a restful place to recharge, while windows and a small overhead skylight bring natural light into the space.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and its private yard. Entry is through a separate entrance with a lockbox. The current access code and complete arrival instructions will be sent privately before check-in.



The cottage is located behind a separate vacation rental. Guests may occasionally see the occupants of the front home in the driveway or other exterior areas.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage is located in a convenient Prescott neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. The Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, and seasonal events are nearby. Grocery stores, a movie theater, hiking trails, and lakes are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Many downtown attractions can be reached on foot from the cottage. A vehicle is recommended for visiting Watson Lake, Lynx Lake, the Granite Dells, hiking trails, and destinations outside central Prescott. Parking instructions will be included with the arrival information.



Other Things to Note:

The cottage is located behind another vacation rental. Each accommodation has a separate interior, entrance, and designated outdoor space. The cottage’s yard is private and reserved exclusively for cottage guests, although guests may occasionally see or hear occupants of the front home when arriving or leaving the property.



The overhead skylight allows natural morning light into the sleeping area, and the French-style entrance doors include substantial glass. Guests who are sensitive to early sunlight or prefer a completely dark sleeping space should plan accordingly.



The cottage accommodates a maximum of two guests. Pets and parties or events are not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy privacy throughout their stay. The Host Co. team is available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist if anything is needed. The occupants of the front vacation rental do not manage the cottage.
