Am Ulrichswasser Vacation Apartment:
The apartment has been newly renovated and is located on the 2nd floor.
The aerial cableway station is only 400 m away, and the trailhead for hiking routes toward Wurmberg and the Hochharz National Park is right next to the house. A parking space is available. Guests may use the garden and store ski equipment or bicycles there.
The 52 m² apartment is suitable for 2 adults and two children. There is one bedroom with a double bed (bed linens available for a fee) and a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch, a Smart TV, and an internet radio. Wi-Fi is free. Kitchen amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster; a high chair is also available. The bathroom features, among other things, a large shower with a glass swing door, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed, unless a fee of XX€ per pet per night is paid. The visitor’s tax of XX€ per person per night will be charged additionally on-site. Additional fees:
