About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the center of Braunlage, forests, ski school and the cable car Wurmberg, as well as the toboggan and beginners' ski area "Rathauswiese". The ice rink is located at the beginning of the road and an indoor pool and a sauna are located in about 10 minutes walk. In autumn and spring you will find here several mountain bike trails and in summer attract two swimming pools in the neighboring villages and lakes for swimming.
The apartment itself has a cozy outdoor seating and in the basement enough space for mountain bikes and ski equipment.
In the Harzienda you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and freezer, pad machine, toaster, oven). The bedroom has a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m throughout) in the children's room a 1.4 x 2m bed, and 0,9x 2,0m before. In the living room there is the possibility to sleep on the 1.4 mx 2.0 m comfortable sofa bed. For the little ones we provide high chair and cot free of charge. Our apartment is looked after locally, so that in case of difficulties and special needs immediately can be helped. Bed linen and towels can be booked here if required. They are not included in the rental price. From the 5th Person we charge 10 € more per day. It may be that a fewo does not calculate this price, it will be followed by a correction

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Netter Kontakt zur Vermietung und Hausverwaltung, bei Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben als Familie das Weihnachtsfest in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat die Wohnung geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, und sie bietet mit einem Wohn- und zwei Schlafzimmern ausreichend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Außerdem ist die Lage super. Die Eishalle zum Schlittschuh-Laufen nur 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, die Wurmbergseilbahn nur 5 Minuten. Ein Ausflug mit der Seilbahn ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am 1. Feiertag hatten wir richtig viel Schnee und haben die Fahrt mit den Gondeln auf den Wurmberg plus Aussichtsturm sehr genossen. Der Rodelberg ist sehr günstig in der Nähe gelegen (etwas die Straße hoch, dann links) - aber leider lag zum Rodeln zu wenig Schnee. Ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann hier auch mehrere Tage sehr gut verbringen. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus ist alles sehr gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung war sauber, lediglich hier und da mal eine kleine Spinnwebe an der Decke. Die vielen Spinnweben im Hausflur sollten jedoch von Zeit zu Zeit mal beseitigt werden. Ist sicherlich kein großer Aufwand mal den Staubwedel dort ab und zu anzusetzen.
Für die Kurtaxe mussten wir selbst in die Kurverwaltung, das fanden wir etwas "mühselig".

Die Wohnung war schön , nur im Badezimmer müsste der Toilettendeckel ausgewechselt werden er roch stark nach Urin . Das Treppenhaus wäre auch zu reinigen gewesen , aber da das Haus außer uns keiner bewohnt hat denke ich lag es daran . Die Wohnung war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet wir haben uns wohl gefühlt .
