+ geräumige Fewo + mitbringen eines Hundes gestattet + gut ausgestattete Küche + bequeme Betten + gute Lage zur Innenstadt, zum Wurmberg und zum Wandern + freundliche Vermieter + alles unkompliziert
- Vor dem Haus auf der Straße gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze, aber man sollte nicht gegen die Fahrtrichtung parken, sonst gibt es ein Knöllchen von 15€.

Specifiek dit appartement gekozen i.v.m. 2 slaapkamers en de goede locatie. We hebben bij verhuurder 4 sledes gehuurd, zodat we met z'n allen konden rodeln
-Vieze sigarettenlucht in het trappenhuis -Hygiëne: Er lag overal stof (incl. badkamer) en er waren spinnenwebben. De ramen van de serre waren erg vies. -In 1 slaapkamer is geen overgordijn. Veel licht in je slaapkamer als de automatische lamp van de voordeur aan gaat. Andere slaapkamer heeft dunne overgordijnen. -De handdoeken zijn heel erg oud en en klein (sommigen met gaatjes) . Dames/meiden met lang haar, hebben problemen om alles droog te krijgen.
