We had a fabulous stay at this property for a multi-generational Christmas! It looks just like the photos, and having the ocean right outside was just wonderful. There was enough space for us all to be together when we wanted (7 total people, 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 kid age 12, and aunt and uncle) and also to be separate when we wanted. I can’t say enough good things about our hosts; they were so friendly and very responsive - we noticed a crack in the coffee pot and were worried we would make it worse by using it, so they brought us a new one the same day we told them about it. (Christmas morning is much better with coffee.) If you stay here, do pay attention to the size of the parking spaces - they provide the dimensions in the listing, but the spaces are quite small. We could get my parents’ sedan into the larger of the 2 spaces, but the large SUV we rented was not at all going to fit. It worked out ok though because we were always able to get street parking within 2 or 3 blocks from the property, which was just fine for us. All in all, we loved it and would happily come back!

Wonderful location and beautiful home, was perfect for our family reunion. Had trouble getting in with the door code but the host was quick to respond and help us get in the home.

Beautiful home, wonderful separation of space for multigenerational families. We found the property to be in good shape, with a few minor issues. Fridge door plastic shellf was broken (was noted in a previous review by tenant). We had a bottle of coffee creamer in the door, and when we opened door, shelf fell on floor and creamer spilled all over floor.There was also a broken handle in the whirlpool bath in bathroom.We called mgmt in the 1st day as we had poor internet, only 2 beach chairs for large home, and very dirty garbage cans near front entrance that attracted swarms of flies and bees. We had many flies in the house when we arrived. Flies on our food during any meal. Mgmt promptly brought brand new beach chairs, someone to fix internet, and fly traps.We continued to have flies during our stay, tho we consistently kept doors shut. Ants in kitchen also, was ongoing as ant traps were out upon arrival. As unfortunate as the ants were, I know from experience they are very difficult to get rid of.Loved the place and we had a wonderful time, unsure if I’d rent again due to unfortunate placement of trash near front door, and flies everywhere. Would hope for better conditions for the cost to rent here

The oven temp is low/lower drawer is broken open/very old stove/Only 1 VERY old & dirty oven mit. Fridge crispers are broken/frozen milk/very old. No cleaning supplies to wipe down countertops & tables. BBQ-Extreme rust/dirt/1 burner does not work/ no brush to clean/lighter does not work. 3rd floor master bath left faucet has no flow/2nd bathroom toilet paper holder is broken. Clock in main room not operating. Main outside deck needs resurfacing. This place needs some major maintenance. Would not stay here again.
