The accommodation is near the A1/A27, exit Uphusen/Bremen-Mahndorf, in 28832 Achim-Uphusen, by the southern outskirts of Bremen. It is 18km to Bremen airport and 16km to the main train station, 15km to Bremen-Mitte. The holiday property is in the Vordere Alte Neustadt, just a five-minute walk from the Weser and a further five minutes from there over the pedestrian bridge with a fantastic view of the old town panorama as far as the centre.

The apartment has a balcony and you can use the garden with a Mediterranean design. Smokers and non-smokers can grill on the terrace in front of our cabin. Two parking spaces are available – a guest car port and a rented parking space on a neighbouring site for larger vehicles.

The living room has a large flatscreen TV, a double sofa bed (supplementary bed), a dining corner for four people and various cupboards. Games, video cassettes and books are available. The newly renovated and furnished bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200cm) that can also be joined together, as well as a glass desk, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a second flatscreen TV. Bed linen is included. The bathroom has a rain shower with a glass screen, a washbasin, WC and two cupboards. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Right nearby you can find three supermarkets, three bakeries, four restaurants, two petrol stations, two children’s playgrounds, three swimming lakes, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, a bowling alley, cinemas etc.
