I had almost given up on short term rentals for a variety of reasons, cleaniness, bed comfort, check in process, picture not representative of the actual unit etc....Staying at this location totally changed my mind and perspective. This unit is FANTASTIC! Super clean, great beds, unbelievable location (right next to everything in downtowm Salida) Awesome communication and very professional property management.This entire process and stay was a complete joy and I look forward to staying here again next summer!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely come back again. The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall space felt welcoming and thoughtfully maintained.The location was also a huge plus—convenient to nearby restaurants, the river and the trail while still being quiet and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!
