First, we must inform you that you must be 25 years of age in order to book. There are NO parties allowed at this property. Any parties, gatherings, tampering with security equipment of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $1,000 and will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, as there is no one living on site 24/7.
