The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Photo ID of the primary guest may be required.
• Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• No pets are permitted on the property.

• Indoor fireplaces are not operational. Decorative wood is for display only and must not be burned.

• The hot tub must be covered and all latches secured after each use.

• Please ensure the sauna door is fully closed after use.

• No glass containers in or around the hot tub or sauna.

• Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover.

• No fireworks, sparklers, or open flames are permitted on the property.

• Beach passes must be brought back to the home. Replacement fees ($35 per pass) may apply for lost passes.

• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

• Keep food and trash secured at all times to help prevent wildlife encounters.

• The Harmony Escape is located in a wooded mountain setting. While the home is professionally treated and regularly maintained, occasional insects may be present as part of the natural Pocono environment.

• Guests may be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the hot tub, sauna, beach passes, furnishings, or other property amenities.

• Please report any maintenance issues or accidental damage promptly so we can address them as quickly as possible.
